Today, Ansaldo STS has over 4,200 employees, of which more than 50% are graduates, distributed in 28 countries. The quality of our human resource represents a strength at all levels. Ansaldo STS regularly verifies the levels of the managerial and technological competencies of the people employed through special evaluations, by paying constant attention to the development of training and updating programs.
