The function dedicated to training is Ansaldo STS Academy. It is a virtual meeting place for sharing cultures and knowledge, a professional networks where team spirit prevails. Its mission is to support customers, ensure the development of human resources and create efficiencies by ensuring high standards of training.
PEOPLE CARE
The concept of “People Care” has a very broad meaning for the Ansaldo STS Group and is applied to the concept of "well-being" of the worker both as a professional and as an individual.
