Ansaldo STS (STS.MI) is part of a temporary consortium of companies made up of five companies, which has been awarded a seven-year framework contract by Ferservizi (a company of the Italian rail operator, Ferrovie dello Stato), following a restricted tender procedure, with a base value worth a total of EUR 1,365 billion. The contract is to manage the infrastructure for the data processing and the management and development of software applications and call centres for the Italian rail operator, Ferrovie dello Stato.
