Today, the Board of Directors of Ansaldo STS (STS.MI), chaired by Alessandro Pansa, has unanimously approved the procedure regarding related parties transactions, drawn up pursuant to and in accordance with art. 4 of the Consob Regulation no. 17221 dated 12 March 2010 as amended, with the previous favourable opinion of the Procedure Committee, made up of all independent directors
in office, and with the Board of Auditors’ favourable evaluation of the procedure’s compliance with the Regulation’s provisions.
