We hereby announce that Dr Filippo Milone today informed the company of the decision to step down as an independent director and as a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Ansaldo STS SpA with effect from 13 December 2011.
Dr Milone has taken this decision as a result of his recent appointment as Undersecretary for Defence in the current government.
